Faculty
In an effort to make adopting course materials easier and more efficient, the Supe Store has implemented a fully-online adoption tool. As of October 1, 2014, this online adoption process will be the sole method for submitting course materials adoptions to the Supe Store. All instructors will periodically receive a personalized email via their official Bama email address from ua@verbasoftware.com before the beginning of each academic term. The email will contain a personalized link allowing instructors to submit course materials information for each course to which they are assigned. If you are a new faculty member or have not received an email with a link to submit your information, please contact Robert Young (rayoung1@ua.edu) or Laura Gary (lgary@ua.edu).

Academic Publishing Service
Reproduction of copyrighted material, without prior permission
of the copyright owner, particularly in an educational setting, is not only
illegal and punishable by law, but is an issue of concern for the academic
community. Although copying all or part of a work without obtaining permission
may appear to be an easy and convenient solution to an immediate problem, such
unauthorized copying can frequently violate the rights of the author or
publisher of the copyrighted work, and be directly contrary to the academic
mission to teach respect for ideas and for the intellectual property that
expresses those ideas.
With that in mind, the University of Alabama Supply Store Academic
Publishing Service has sought permission and paid proper royalties for all
materials enclosed. The price of your reader reflects those necessary costs.
